These Terms govern your use of the Tech Spot online store. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

01Using our store

You must provide accurate information when ordering and be authorized to use your chosen payment method. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

02Products & pricing

We strive to display products, specifications, and prices accurately. Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update prices and availability at any time.

03Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we process and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged.

04Payment

We accept cash on delivery, card payments, and InstaPay. Card and online payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card details.

05Shipping & delivery

We ship nationwide across Egypt. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for issues with delivered goods.

06Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty plus Tech Spot support as stated on each product. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tech Spot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

08Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the Egyptian courts.
